Bike or Car?

I have always loved candid photography. You know, those photographs you typically see of people unaware that their photo is bieng taken !!! I have been contemplating trying it, but was very nervous. I could not see myself walking into a crowded street or subway and starting to snap pictures of people !!! So, I decided that I would "ease" into it.

I know this is not the best photo, but, it is my first candid photo. What I did was sit on the grass in my front lawn and hide behind our wooden picket fence. The fence allowed just enough room for me to get the lens of my small digital camera through. And, as people passed unaware, I snapped their photo. I got a photo of an old street lady with her shopping cart filled with garbage, but the picture was too blurry...lol... I hope that none of the neighbours think I have flipped my lid !!!

I think I will next try going onto the street and casually start snapping pics. I hope no one beats me up !!!!
